Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and if you are not happy with the quality you may return it new (and unworn if applicable) for a full 100% refund. This does not include situations where you have just changed your mind.

Delivery and Shipping

Your order will be ready for delivery within the estimated timeframe once your payment clears.
All parcels are sent by courier and please note that Rural Delivery has a surcharge. Please allow 10 working days for your parcel to arrive in Australia and up to 14 working days for the rest of the world. Also note parcels sent internationally can be insured at the customers expense. Please, if you require this option, let us know at checkout or contact us for Insurance quotes. We take care in our service to ensure you get the items in exceptional condition and will do all we can to locate any packages that may go missing in transit.

Payment

Payment is by debit/credit card with Paypal, cash/eft pos on pick up or online banking into our nominated bank account.
Order numbers and account information will be provided as part of the checking out process.
You will receive email confirmation of your order and payment.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products if you have just changed your mind so please choose carefully.
If there is a genuine fault with any item we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Please make contact within 3 working days.
You may be asked to email a photo through before returning the product.
Once it has been received and inspected the refund will be processed by online banking.
We recommend that you send your return parcel by track and trace post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are returned later than 21 days after purchase.
